📱 Apps:

  • DownDog Yoga App So that anyone who wants to practice at home can do so, we are making all of our apps - Down Dog, Yoga for Beginners, HIIT, Barre, and 7 Minute Workout - completely free until May 1st.
    • In response to the many school closures taking place, we are also offering free access until July 1st for all students and teachers (K-12 and college).

💳💵 Credit Cards/Finance :

  • American Express will waive 2 months of payments without charging penalties or interest. However, if you use this benefit, you won’t be able to use that credit card or points until you opt out.

  • Apple Card holders will be allowed to skip their March payment without incurring interest by signing up for a Customer Assistance Program, Apple is informing its customers. To join the Customer Assistance Program, Apple Card customers can call an Apple support rep directly through the Apple Wallet app and ask to be added. [Click here] for more details

  • Bank of America is offering a Credit Card deferral program, along with a number of other options.

  • Chase, and other banks will offer 60 days of no late fees or interest for those impacted by the quarantine, call your bank to find out if you are eligible and what terms will apply. If you need help with:

  • CitiBank Account Assistance If you're impacted by COVID-19, contact us for assistance that may be available to you. Effective Monday March 9, 2020 for an initial thirty days:

    1. For Retail Bank Customers: Fee waivers on monthly service fees; waived penalties for early CD withdrawal.
    2. For Retail Bank Small Business Customers: Fee waivers on monthly service fees and remote deposit capture; waived penalties for early CD withdrawal; Bankers available after hours and on weekends for support
    3. For eligible Credit Card Customers: Credit line increases and collection forbearance programs.
    4. For eligible Mortgage Customers: A range of hardship programs through our service provider, Cenlar FSB. Please contact them at 1-855-839-6253 Monday-Friday 8:30am - 8pm ET and Saturday 8:30am - 5pm ET
  • Discover: We have support in place for qualified Discover® customers who experience hardship as a result of the outbreak. Please contact our customer service teams as follows:

  • PNC: Loans & Credit Card Assistance Hardship. If you are unable to make your payment, we may have options to help you navigate this unprecedented time.

    1. Specifically, PNC will consider assisting those impacted customers by waiving or refunding fees associated with deposit accounts or lending products, including credit card and mortgage.
    2. If you are concerned about making consumer loan, auto loan, credit card or mortgage loan payments, we have a variety of programs available to assist you. Solutions may include the ability to postpone payments for a period of time.
    3. You may be able to postpone payments for up to 90 days with no late fees during the postponement period if you have one of the following products:
    4. Auto Loan, Unsecured Installment Loan, Credit Card, Unsecured Line of Credit, Mortgage, Home Equity Loan or Home Equity Line of Credit.
    5. For Student Loans, you may be able to postpone payments for up to 90 days with no late fees during the postponement period.     6. We have also temporarily suspended foreclosure proceedings and sales, repossession, and eviction activities.

🌐 Phone and Internet:

  • AT&T: AT&T is suspending broadband data caps for home internet customers. You can read more [here]. They’re also waiving late fees for next 30-60 days. They’ll also provide free access to its public WiFi hot spots.

  • Charter will offer free Spectrum broadband and Wi-Fi access for 60 days to households with K-12 and/or college students who do not already have a Spectrum broadband subscription and at any service level up to 100 Mbps. To enroll call 1-844-488-8395. Installation fees will be waived for new student households.

  • Comcast/Xfinity: Comcast opens Xfinity WiFi Network Nationally for Free and Offers Unlimited Data for Free. for more details

  • Spectrum Broadband and Wi-Fi Internet Free Access for 60 Days to households with students.

  • T-Mobile & Metro Active Customers: All current T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers who have plans with data will have unlimited smartphone data for the next 60 days (excluding roaming). here are more details.

  • T-Mobile is offering all current customers unlimited data and waiving late fees for next 30-60 days

  • Sprint is offering unlimited data for all users and waiving late fees for next 30-60 days

🌐 Utilities

  • PG&E: We have implemented a series of billing and service modifications to support customers who have been impacted by the pandemic:

    • Suspending service disconnections for non-payment and waiving security deposits.
    • Implementing flexible payment plan options.
    • Providing additional support for low-income and medical baseline customers.
  • FPL: For customers experiencing hardship as a result of COVID-19, we have resources from FPL available to help, and to the extent they are available, we’ll continue to connect customers with resources from federal, state and local authorities. We have also implemented the same policies that we do during major crisis events and are:

    • suspending electrical disconnections,
    • providing payment extensions and
    • waiving certain late payment fees for customers in a hardship situation.

🧭 Airlines, Hotels, and Travel:

  • American Airlines: American Airlines will waive the change fee only on published Non-Refundable Fare tickets. Tickets must be purchased between March 1, 2020 and March 31, 2020, with original travel between March 1, 2020 and January 30, 2021. Changes must be made prior to the departure of your original flight. Any difference in fare will apply.

  • Delta Airlines: No Change Fees For All Tickets Purchased Between March 1 to 31, 2020. Ticket Can Be Changed One-Time To An Alternate Itinerary. Must Be Re-issued On/Before: February 28, 2021. Any difference in fare will apply.

  • Enterprise will waive underage fees for college students age 18-24. Here are more details

  • Hilton :

    • Existing Reservations. All individual reservations—even those described as “non-cancellable” (“Advanced Purchase”)—that are scheduled for arrival on or before June 30, 2020 can be changed or cancelled at no charge, up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival day.
    • New Reservations. Any individual reservations you make—even those described as “non-cancellable” (“Advanced Purchase”)—that are booked between today and June 30, 2020 for any future arrival date can be changed or cancelled at no charge, up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival day.
    • If you need to adjust reservations made via the Hilton website, app or call center, you can change your reservation here or contact the Hilton Guest Assistance team. If you need to adjust reservations made through another travel site, please contact them for assistance.
    • Health Care and First Responders. We are partnering with federal, state and local governments to provide housing for first responders and health care workers.
    • Financial Assistance. Our Hilton Effect Foundation has pledged financial assistance to organizations helping those impacted by COVID-19.
    • Donating Hilton Honors Points. We have made it possible for our members to donate Hilton Honors Points to World Central Kitchen, Clean the World, Project Hope or Direct Relief. All Points donations will be converted into cash and sent directly to the organization.
  • JetBlue Airlines: JetBlue has suspended change and cancel fees for all new flight bookings made between March 6, 2020 and March 31, 2020 for travel through September 8, 2020. The change/cancel fees suspension still applies for bookings made between February 27, 2020 and March 5, 2020 for travel through June 1, 2020.

  • Marriott/BonVoy:

    • For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival,* as long as the change or cancellation is made by April 30, 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
    • For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates, between today and April 30, 2020, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date.* Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
    • Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.
  • Southwest Airlines: They always offer free flight changes so nothing changes for them. Any difference in fare will apply.

  • United Airlines: When you book a flight between March 3 and March 31, 2020, you can change it for free over the next 12 months. Any difference in fare will apply.

🏋️ Fitness:

  • Planet Fitness is offering Free in-home workouts for everyone. Workouts will be led by trainers and surprise celebrity guests. If you miss the live class, you can come back and watch it later.

  • Peleton is offering an extended 90-day free trial to its at-home workouts application during the quarantine. The in-app workouts don’t require you own any Peloton equipment, and include yoga, HIIT, stretching, and other categories. Download the Peleton app for free in the App Store or Play Store.

🍔 Food / Misc:

  • Airbnb is offering free cancellations on most reservations.

  • CVS and Walgreens: Both CVS and Walgreens will waive charges for home delivery of prescription medicines.

  • Uber Eats will waive delivery fees on all orders amid the quarantine. Service charges will still apply though. More info here.

  • Starbucks will give a free tall hot or iced brewed coffee to anyone that identifies themselves as a front line responder from today through May 3rd.

  • Zoom Video is offering free video conferences for schools.

📺 Entertainment:

  • Amazon is offering 2 Months of Kindle Unlimited for Free.
  • Amazon is also offering kids shows videos for free.
  • NBA League Pass will be offered for free thru April 22nd.
  • NFL Game Pass will offer fans free access to for the next 2 months.

  • Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac owners get free On-Star and free in vehicle internet: (https://www.onstar.com/us/en/onstar-cares/) Because this is a situation that affects us all, we are also turning on Crisis Assist* and offering 3 GB/3 months of in-vehicle data* (whichever comes first) for all current Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac owners with properly equipped vehicles for a limited time.
