[Feature Request]: Alternative to Viridis Color Palette used in Power Module

JASP Version

0.19.1 & 0.19.2 beta

JASP Module

Power

What analysis are you seeing the problem on?

All Plots within the Power-Module use a viridis color palette which is not optimal for everybody with color blindness. Some viridis palettes work for some but not for others. Please enable a dropdown to switch to other palettes within the module.

@tomtomme, thanks for taking the time to create this issue. If possible (and applicable), please upload to the issue website (#3063, attaching to an email does not work) a screenshot showcasing the problem, and/or a compressed (zipped) .jasp file or the data file that causes the issue. If you would prefer not to make your data publicly available, you can send your file(s) directly to us, issues@jasp-stats.org

Thank you for creating this issue. As far as I know Viridis was created as a color palette to specifically be color blind friendly? (At least that’s how the palette presents itself)

Would you have any better suggestions? I‘ve always been using viridis specifically to be more colorblind friendly 🤔

A colorblind Student today told me that the First 3 purple tones are not distinguishable for him. So I would suggest one of the 3 color blind scales from our descriptives module - or even all palettes from said module including viridis by introducing a palette selector. I Like viridis but accessebility comes first

I realized this is not a bug since viridis is indeed targeted at colorblind people. I updated the request above.

The R4 pallette is also apparently also specially designed for colourblind people? It is one of the default options available since 4.0.0?
