3c-bot-rotator

Rotates through a set of 3c bots every couple of minutes so that only a single bot in the set is enabled

Instructions:

Create new c# console project

Add xcommas.net from project->nuget->browse

Replace program.cs with this one

Update api key/secret and list of bot names to rotate
