Whiskey

Old Fashioned:

  • 2 oz Rye Whiskey
  • 1 bar spoon simple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters

Stir and strain. Serve in rocks glass. Garnish with orange and lemon peel, expressing their oils into the glass first.

Whiskey Sour:

  • 2 oz Rye Whiskey
  • .75 oz simple sugar
  • .75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 egg white

Dry shake first. Add ice and shake. Strain into rocks glass. Garnish with orange and cherry flag and straw.

Manhattan

  • 2.5 oz Rye Whiskey
  • .75 oz Sweet (Rouge) Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir and strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with cherry.

Sazerac

  • 2 oz Rye Whiskey
  • 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 bar spoon simple syrup

Stir and strain into chilled absinthe-rinsed rocks glass straight up. Express lemon peel and discard.

Mint Julep

Place ~10 leaves of mint with .75 oz of simple syrup into cup and gently muddle.

  • 2.5 oz Bourbon

Fill cup with crushed (or small) ice. Mix with bar spoon. Garnish with mint sprigs and straw.

Gin

Tom Collins:

  • 2 oz London Dry Gin
  • .75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • .75 oz fresh simple syrup.

Build in Collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with orange and cherry flag.

Dirty Martini:

  • 2 oz London Dry Gin
  • .25 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 8 bar spoons olive juice

Stir and strain. Serve in chilled coupe glass. Garnish with olive.

Rum

Daiquiri

  • 2 oz White Rum
  • .75 oz simple syrup
  • .75 oz fresh lime juice

Shake vigorously and strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with thinly sliced lime wheel.

Mojito

Place fresh mint into shaker with .75 oz simple syrup and muddle.

  • .75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz White Rum

Shake and strain into collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with mint sprigs.

Fruitito

Place fresh mint into shaker with .75 oz simple syrup and muddle.

  • .75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz Flavored White Rum

Shake and strain into collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with mint sprigs.

Dark and Stormy

For self-mixing:

Place 2 oz Gosling's Black Seal Rum (80 proof Aged Rum) into collins glass and fill with ice. Top off with ginger beer.

For sexy two-tone storm (but requires a stir before drink):

Fill glass with ice. Pour in ginger beer leaving enough space for the rum. Gently pour in 2 oz of Gosling's Black Seal Rum (80 proof Aged Rum)

Squeeze a lime wedge in and throw it in as a garnish.

Tequila

Margarita:

  • 2 oz 100% Blue Agave Tequila (Blanco/Silver)
  • .75 oz Cointreau
  • .75 oz fresh lime juice
  • .25 oz simple syrup or agave syrup

Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass with a salted rim. Garnish with thinly sliced lime wheel.

Reddit Margarita:

  • 2 oz Tequila Blanco
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • .75 oz agave
  • .5 oz Cointreau
  • .5 oz Gran Marnier

Shake the fuck out of it and strain into a rocks glass filled with cracked ice.

Vodka

Moscow Mule:

  • .75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz Vodka

Build in mug and then fill up with ice. Top off with Ginger Beer and garnish with lime wedge.

Cosmopolitan

  • 2 oz Citrus Vodka
  • .75 oz Cointreau
  • .25 oz simple syrup
  • .75 oz fresh lime juice
  • .75 oz cranberry juice

Shake vigorously and strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with thinly sliced lime wheel.

Lemon Drop

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • .5 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup

Shake vigorously and strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Beer

Michelada

  • 4 oz Clamato
  • 1 whole lime
  • 2 big dashes of Worcester's sauce
  • 4 dashes of Maggi's Jugo sauce
  • 3 big dashes of Tapatio (or simmilar) hot sauce
  • 12 oz Modelo

Rim large mug with lime and Tajín. Fill mug with ice and ingredients and stir lightly. Garnish with sliced lime wheel.
