Increase maximum number of missed cleavages in GUI

Currently the GUI limits max. missed cleavages to 3. For most proteases this is okay but pepsin and similar promiscuous proteases generate peptides that may have many more than this.

Increased to 10, which should be more than enough. Note: using a higher number of missed cleavages will result in longer peptide lists to manually verify, use with caution.
