This repo contains the data, process, and code for making the maps for the 706 report (Broadband Progress Report).
The fixed map is a 6 color categorical map showing places with at least a certain access (benchmark) by rural or urban classification.
The mobile map is a 3 color categorical map showing places with at least a certain benchmark.
