Add .env file with the following entries set:

export DISCORD_APP_ID="12345"

export TENOR_API_KEY="apikey"
export TENOR_APT_URL="https://g.tenor.com/v1/"
export VERSION="DEV"
Then run source .env to load the .env variables.
To start your Phoenix server:
- Run
mix setupto install and setup dependencies - Start Phoenix endpoint with
mix phx.serveror inside IEx withiex -S mix phx.server
Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.
