The root folder contains a file journal.qid that gives the Wikidata identifier of the journal. For example, Q6294930 is the identifier for the Journal of Cheminformatics.
The content of the ebook is CC-BY-SA 4.0 International but all SPARQL queries have the more liberal CCZero.
