Download and install 7-zip software.
Right click on ElectronCash-3.1.6.exe
and calculate sha256, which should be identical to that in SHA256sum.ElectronCash-3.1.6.exe.txt
text file.
Download and install gpg4win (gnupg for windows).
Download a public key from GitHub and import it into gpg keychain,
gpg --import jonaldkey2.txt
which should give output like,
