Migrates two mysql databases using auto-increment ids (or other order-by field) from an initial import to any delta changes

This is an incomplete module. I ran into a wall on the project I was writing this for since the database had tables that did not have auto-incrementing keys or another field to use an order-by operation to get the 'delta'
