Django 3 support

At first, thanks for this package. As Django 3 is out and reversion seems to be working with it

• https://travis-ci.org/etianen/django-reversion - would it be possible to change the requirements
  in your package to contain Django>=2.0.0 (not sure if poetry allows multiple major versions with "or" semantic).

I can make a pull request if you'd like.

You are right. The version restrictions was to strict. Thanks for reporting this.

It's release as v0.10.0 ... please try and give feedback if this fixed your problem.
