Builds one css or js file out of many

This is all kinda ghetto right now but check it…

Fill out the packages array with your information:

	'js' =>	array(
		'file_type' => 'js',

			'extension'		 => 'js',
			'base_file_name' => 'package'
		),
		'assets' => array(
			'files' => array(

To get the most up to date file, you can use it like such:

<script src="<?php echo Package::get_package('js'); ?>"></script>


Whenever you want to generate a new package (bumping the cache),
just increment the version number in $packages['MYPACKAGENAME']['package']['version']
