A WordPress plugin to build RSS feeds of plugin and theme support topics and replies until WP.org meta ticket #4867 is merged.

Usage

The plugin enables a custom feed:

https://example.com/feed/wporgreplies

that accepts plugin and theme query paramters with the plugin or theme slug.
