This toolkit has been modified, following Agnieszka Herman's Sea Ice Toolkit
(DESIgn, https://herman.ocean.ug.edu.pl/LIGGGHTSseaice.html), but extended into 3D.
It uses the LIGGGHTS 3.1.0 version as a base. The buoyancy module from LIGGGHTS
3.3.0 has been added as well.

It has been tested to compile correctly with Ubuntu 14.04
(cd src; make -j4 ubuntuVTK). Examples are given in Examples/SeaIceRidging.
