ARIEL
ARIEL (Accumulation of Rare variants Integrated and Extended Locus-specific test) explores the effects of rare variants within complex traits through locus-based analysis.
BOAT
BOAT (Bayesian Overlap Analysis Tool) identifies variants that are associated with two traits and tests for enrichment (i.e. whether there are more shared associated variants than expected by chance). Only summary statistics are required to implement BOAT.
COMET
COMET (Corrected Overlap and Marginal Enrichment Test) is a computationally efficient method for identifying SNP features (e.g. functional annotation) that are predictive of associated SNPs that are shared between traits, while adjusting for the marginal distributions of the traits. COMET also assesses enrichment at the individual trait level. Only summary statistics are required to implement COMET.
cvs
env.MRmega
Accounting for heterogeneity due to environmental sources in meta-analysis of genome-wide association studies (GWAS)
flashfm
Flashfm: multi-trait fine-mapping that uses GWAS summary statistics from several traits
flashfm-ivis
flashfm-ivis: interactive visualisation for fine-mapping of multiple quantitative traits
flashfmZoom
flashfmZoom: a tool for joint fine-mapping and exploration of GWAS results in the UK Biobank
MFM
MFM (Multinomial Fine-mapping) fine-maps genetic associations for several diseases with shared controls, in a Bayesian framework that borrows information between the diseases.
MGflashfm
MGflashfm: joint fine-mapping of genetic association signals in several traits amongst multiple population groups.
