differences in report from kraken2 and make_kreport.py

I obtained the output file and report file from a kraken2 run.

Then I re-generated the report starting from the output running make_kreport.py.

I found differences in the column 4 (rank code) in the two version of the report. E.g.

original report
2.02 160013 0 K2 33213 Bilateria
re-generated report
2.02 160013 0 D4 33213 Bilateria

Is this expected?

I'm using the master version of Krakentools (commit d4a2fbe) and Kraken version 2.1.3
