As an unauthenticated user, I can:
- See a list of all polls
- See the results of each poll

As an authenticated user I can:
- Vote once per poll
- Create a new poll
- See all polls I've created
- Delete any of my polls
[ ] Fix layout so the title of the poll isn't cut off when there are too many options [ ] Display error message on unsuccessful attempt to log in [ ] Consider removing the toolbar
