Introduction

Costco_Item_Tracker, inspired by camelcamelcamel.com, is designed to help shoppers to kept track of items they are interested on Costco.com.

Put in a Costco catagory link, i.e. https://www.costco.com/monitors.html

• gif1: Analyze new costco link by copying and pasting the costco catagory link.

- gif2: Save new costco recording!

- gif3: Open old costco recording file and check past items!

- gif4: Analyze new costco link and open old costco recording file to compare! (Don't forget to save the compared data!)

Technologies

It uses Tkinter as user-interface, and it is written in Python 3.8 along with the help of software such as re, Requests, and Daytime.

To use Costco_Item_Tracker, please install these softwares above and download the code with pip! if python 3.8 is installed, re, Daytime, and Tkinter should already been installed! To install Requests: Linux/Mac:

pip install requests

Windows:

python -m pip install requests

After that, simply download Costco_Item_Tracker from Github and run "run_main.py" file!
