📖 Victor-Jheart

Victor-Jheart is a portfolio site to showcase my project for employers to see, it has a backend(built with ruby on rails with PostgreSQL as Database depolyed on Heroku) and a frontend(built with react, bootstrap, and redux deployed to netlify).
