Ancestral-State-Reconstruction
This is a Python script for creating an Ancestry State Reconstruction. It's a small part of an overall project for the Bioinformatics (CSS383) course at the University of Washington in Bothell.
Basic-Linux-Client-Server
Binary-Tree
The specifications for this program were determined by the University of Washington. The implementation was executed by myself, except for the NodeData ADT, and the driver file, lab2.cpp, which were provided by the University. This program constructs a custom Binary Tree that stores NodeData. It's default operations for searching and printing, per the requirements, are in-order.

FileMover
Basic file mover written in Python for friend who doesn't want to manually move a bunch of .wav files out of nested folders.

Graphs
The specifications for this program were determined by the University of Washington. The implementation was executed by myself, except for the NodeData ADT, and the driver file, lab3.cpp, which were provided by the University. This program constructs two different graphs: a matrix (M), and a linked list (L). The matrix uses Dijkstra's algorithm to find the shortest weighted path, while the list uses a depth-first search algorithm on an unweighted graph.

jhewit/Polynomial
The specifications for this program were determined by the University of Washington. The implementation was executed by me, with the exception of the driver file, main.cpp, which was provided by the University. This program receives formatted polynomials and stores them into an array. The polynomial can then be operated on using addition, subtraction, and multiplication.

jhewit/Video-Store
This project's specifications were determined by the University of Washington, however, the design and implementation was performed by myself, and two others team members in CSS 343: Jenny Troyan and Adam Sirkis. The program functions as a working video store that carries three rental genres for movies: Comedy, Drama, and Classic. To populate the data used in the program, it receives three text files with special formatting: customer data, movie data and command data.
