Here is a conversion of the World Odonata List into a dwca for publication on CoL.
The dwca can be updated by running world_odonata_list_to_dwca.r.
This file does some clean up and processing of synonyms. It is somewhat delicate, so if the source xls file changes structure or more notes are added within names, the conversion will likely break.
