A simple Windows utility where all media files in a folder will be renamed to start with their capture date and time
Download and install the .NET Framework Runtime https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework
Download the install the exe file https://github.com/jhwblender/Rename-by-Capture-Date/releases/latest
Run the exe. select the folder you wish to rename the files under and it'll do the rest. From there when you sort the folder by file-name, it will sort your photos by date and time taken
