Random Model Error

Hello,
I've been using GAPIT to run multiple analyses on a series of phenotypic and genotypic data. Everything was running fine one day and the next I rerun and some sets of GAPIT running gave me this error:
error in if (in_True != 1) { : argument is of length zero.
I overcame it by using "Random.model = FALSE" but I am confused as to why I randomly started to receive the error. I will have identical datasets and one with require random model and one not. I am concerned that using the function is affecting my results negatively. I am using both FARMCPU and BLINK models and will receive the error in both at times.
Thanks in advance for help with this.
This error is caused by the only one significant marker detected by GWAS. And this marker did not pass the linear filter. We are revising this section to avoid this error. Please keep patience.

Is there any update on this?
