ios版图片长按保存后被“照片”app隐藏

复现步骤 / Step to reproduce

长按图片选择保存原图，弹出保存成功提示但是“照片”中没有显示，但是如果在github上选择上传图片弹出照片选择窗口就能看到保存的图片

保存的图片出现在”照片”中
