- Reproduce a subset of the results from Mohanty et al. 2016
a. Mean F1 score of best model: GoogleNet, Transfer Learning, color photos, train 80%/test 20%
b. Accuracy score: apply best model to dataset 1 - Improve the reproducibility of the code
a. Deliverable: Dockerfile with workflow - Apply the best model to the EDDMapS invasive plant images
a. Deliverable: Github Repository, code, workflow, Dockerfile
