Note this script is only working on bash
1.log in to linux.student.cs.uwaterloo.ca environment
2.Place "tool" file in the home directory
3.open .profile(hidden file) in the home directory
4.add "source tool/start" to the top of the file
5.exit and login again,then all functions should be working
