Set up working directory inside CMSSW_8_0_26_patch1/src
Go to analyze_data_and_MC
Copy all files there to working directory
Follow instructions in How_to_run_DM_analysis.sh
Follow installation instructions in get_limits/combine_commands.sh
Copy all files in get_limits to working directory inside CMSSW_8_1_0/src/HiggsCombine
Follow remaining instructions in combine_commands.sh
