Add docker-compose file to launch this connector + OpenVPN container

It would be nice to have a docker-compose file that can be used to set up this authentication flow using an OpenVPN (server) image.

I am not very sure how the socket connections actually work in docker-compose.

Hi, you can also use management 0.0.0.0 8081 to use TCP connection instead socket.
