Per https://github.com/junegunn/vim-plug, install VIM Plug:
curl -fLo ~/.vim/autoload/plug.vim --create-dirs https://raw.githubusercontent.com/junegunn/vim-plug/master/plug.vim
Install plugins in vim with :PlugInstall
