Hi Jlopez

From the Google Play issue that will disable v2 for Billing and use v3, I don't sure the ANE will support Google Play Billing v3 already or not?

I pull my customer code to update new feature and I saw they comment in Android Manifest that

I need your confirm that include Google Play Billing v3 or earlier.
