(Dynamic) Cuckoo Filter

Run demo of plain Cuckoo filter:

./CuckooFilter

Run demo of dynamic Cuckoo filter:

On systems with gcc, we generally recommend:

./configure
make all check CXXFLAGS="-g -O3"
sudo make install
