Automatically load all your #TODOs into github issues.
About
This script goes through all the files you specify and creates GitHub issues for each todo it finds.
Usage
Step 1 update config.py with your settings.
Step 2 run todo2github.py in your main project directory
Step 3 ???
Step 4 Profit. You now have nicely formated github issues that link back to the line in your source file. The TODOs in your source also tell you which issue its attached to IE #TODO [GH1]:
