To run in jupyter, first fork and clone this repo. Then, from your terminal navigate to the home directory of this project, and run:
conda env create -f environment.yaml
Next:
conda activate kc-env
Last,
python -m ipykernel --user --name kc-env
You can now launch jupyter and select the kc-env kernel.
