To start the webservice, navigate to main directory and run command
If Node is not installed, install Node before beginning the rest of the setup.
To install any dependencies for the webpage, run npm install in the app directory
To start the react application, navigate to the app folder and run npm start
Runs the app in the development mode.
Open http://localhost:3000/ to view it in your browser.
