For advanced users, run this in your terminal to install October from command line:

php artisan october:installIf you're running into a "network is unreachable" error that looks like it's IPv6 related, it's probably the Instagram plugin. First, check if your hosting service supports IPv6. If it doesn't, force cURL to use IPv4 by going into plugins/metaphorceps/instagram/vendor/php-instagram-api/php-instagram-apo/Instagram/Net/CurlClient.php, finding the __construct() function, and addding the following configuration setting at the bottom of the function:
