run_tests.hoc calls files that do not exist

Currently, two of the files that run_tests loads have been located (the stduration_autorun.hoc and stduration_autorun_control.ses) the remaining files are not in the current code base. It's possible they are on an old computer forever lost, but it would be good to locate as many as possible.

It seems the need for these files has long passed. Anything needed at this point can be rewritten. It's likely that old code would need to be reworked since there have been a number of changes since this issue was opened.
