Make diameter checkbox match value when initialized

When loading up the CNOW_run.hoc file, and loading the diameter.hoc, the initial diameter is set to 10um, but the checkbox shows that the diameter is set to 16um. The actual value of the diameter is set to 10um, but the checkboxes do not reflect that.
