Cleanup data and graphs for Time Till Block Experiment

Some of the graphs aren't fully labeled, and the data isn't explained anywhere. A wiki page might be able to clear up and questions about what the data represents.

There is no current need for expanding on the results found. There is a new chart page that shows that there is a period of time after the last AP before block, and that time decreases with higher blocking amplitudes.
