Install

  1. Rename your current index file to index.php.old or index.html.old
  2. Upload Files to your server
  3. Rename index.maintenance to index.php

Uninstall

  1. Rename your maintenance index file to index.maintenance
  2. Rename your website index file to index.php or index.html
