Windows 8.1 (64-bit) doesn't find the file

Hello,
I installed the programm completly and trief to start it, but Windows show an error (see add, but it is in German - it simply says, what I already mentioned in the headline above). Do you have an idea, what can I do to fix this problem? In my opinion, I did anything right and this seems to be curious and paradoxical.
It would be nice, if you could offer me a solution for that, because I wanted to free some space an my SSD. I found, that your programm is a smart solution!

can you try to reinstall Steam Cleaner ?
Which installer do you use: with or without the bundled JRE?
I tried to deinstall and reinstall it now, the sam issue. I don't know,
what this bundled JRE mean. I simply downloaded it from this website:

Does the C:/Program Files(x86)/TikiOne Steam Cleaner/ folder exist? And does it contain the tikione-steam-cleaner.bat file ? Also, do you see a "jre" or "jvm" folder?
The folder exists, also the .bat-file, but no jre- or jvm- folder in it

FYI, I'll try to release a repacked version soon. It will be based on Java8 and I'll provide two bundles: 32-bit and 64-bit installers/packages.
I hope it will fix this issue.

I have reworked the startup script and included 32/64 bit JVMs. You can download the development version here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/tikione/files/tikione-steam-cleaner/2.3.1/testing/
Did it fixed the problem?
Unfortunately, not, but I think, this is specially to my PC
