Usage

When installing this extension, you will be able to see bitpanda crypto in your top bar.

Installation

  1. Clone this repo
  2. Create a folder bitpanda@bitpanda.com in /~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions
  3. Copy this code to ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/bitpanda@bitpanda.com
  4. Run the following command:

gnme-shell enable bitpanda@bitpanda.com

Requirements

  • GNOME Shell version >= 3.36

Supported cryptocurrencies

BTC, ETH, BEST, CHZ, ADA, LTC, DOT, BTT, DASH, XRP, MIOTA, XLM, TRX, DOGE, DGB, AVAX, USDT, UNI, VET, LINK, PAN, AAVE, USDC, BCH, ZRX, UMA, REN, YFI, ATOM, EOS, OCEAN, XEM, SNX, NEO, LSK, FIL, BAT, BAND, XTZ, MKR, COMP, ANT, ETC, KMD, QTUM, ONT, OMG, ZEC, KNC, WAVES, REP, ALGO

Supported currencies

EUR , USD, GBP, CHF, TRY

Display type

  • Crypto price
  • Current Crypto amount that you own
  • Crypto price and Crypto amount that you own

Alerts

You can set up alerts when the crypto price gets to a certain value.

There are two types of alerts:

  • Alert when price is above a specific value
  • Alert when price is below a specific value

Also, you can set notifications interval, in order to avoid too many notifications.

API

You can also set the api calls interval. The minimum value is 10 seconds.
