Simple command line utility to track tasks.

complete Finish working on a task.
delete Delete a task.
estimate Set the time estimate for a task.
get Show details about a task.
note Add a note to a task.
now List tasks currently IN_PROGRESS.
show List all tasks.
start Start working on task.
then Suggests tasks to work on next.
- Metrics like work done, remaining work todo, and productivity per day.
- Auto-fill calendar with suggested todos to take advantage of idle time.
