The "EFToolkit" package allows to make election forensics accessible for the use of policymakers, practitioners, and scholars. It's partly built on the code from "Election Forensics Toolkit"" web application sponsored by the USAID and developed by Walter Mebane and Kirill Kalinin.This package helps to implement election forensics analysis using various methods and estimators.
