Python mode is incomplete/bad

Make python mode atleast up to where matlab is now.
python-mode.el and iptyhon.el shell conflicts with evil (particularly the colon character, even in normal mode). For now, I've stashed those changes in a separate branch.

flkae8 prints way too many warning for winey stuff, causing me too ignore real errors. I put what I think is the correct config file for flake8 in "jimmy-files". make flymake see it...
