R script to convert the Vemco Tag specification sheet to the format needed for upload in ETN. When a customer orders Vemco tags, you'll get a xlsx. file with the tag specification information. Users of the European Tracking Network (ETN) http://www.lifewatch.be/etn/ need this information to upload the tag metadata in central database of ETN. With this R-script you convert the Vemco tagsheet to the correct format for input in ETN. Steps to take:
- Upload the file to your Rstudio
- Create an R.project and run this script
- Upload the output on http://www.lifewatch.be/etn/dataimport
