Bitmappin document to explain the program
This program reads in a bitmap file (v3), and creates an output bitmap file (v3).
The output can be one of the following images:
o A copy of the input image
o The input image turned white
o The input image with a single or combination of Red, Green, and/or Blue values maxed out to 255
