timesurfer_flag set to 0 gives different results compared with 1 (default), in particular I saw this happening on the membrane potential. It might be that some mechanism is not correctly parsed (although no error is reaised; see issue #7) and the resulting model is incomplete.

This is just because time is now returned as it is introduced, in ms and not in seconds in this piece of code. I recall now that you fixed time being returned in seconds no matter what...
