This repo will serve as an extended version of the "Introduction to Scala" after-hours talk I gave to the Hack Reactor Remote community on November 28th, 2016. In this talk, I illustrated beginner- and intermediate-level Scala concepts by reimplementing Scala's List trait "from scratch."
