Is there any way to add disk usage monitoring metrics?

I intend to add the disk usage metric I can quickly add what are the points I need to pay attention to.

Hi thanks @mlussati for looking into this.

Probably we will want to implement that feature in https://github.com/jupyter-server/jupyter-resource-usage

And provide an endpoint to expose the data, so the JupyterLab extension can display it.

Closing as jupyterlab-system-monitor has now been integrated in jupyter-resource-usage: jupyter-server/jupyter-resource-usage#191
