The scripts in this directory:
eval2.py: to compute the ned with tde (https://github.com/bootphon/tde)
run.sh: run Aren pipeline
run_disc and post_disc: part of Arens pipeline, run_disc is the discovery
part of pipeline that returns a out.1 file in exp/{disc_param}/matches;
post_disc is the script that does the graph-clustering on the out.1 file
